We are an ambitious company in the field of 3D visualization and are looking for an experienced Account Manager (m/w/d) with a high affinity for IT to support and advise our existing and new customers.
• Develop national and international customers with focus on 3D projects and products in German and English language
• Pro-active, solution-oriented consulting of customers regarding 3D projects and products incl. participation in customer meetings on site
• Gather and analyze customer requirements
• Responsibility for the extensive quotation process incl. active participation in the creation of solution descriptions and calculations/business cases
• Monitoring of deadlines, processes and quality for the customer and, if necessary, for subcontractors
• Complaint processing
• Accounting tasks such as invoicing, sales and quantity forecasts, support with fiscal year planning
• Completed commercial vocational training
• Master- Degree in business or media desirable
• At least three (3) years of experience in the field of sales and/or account management including a corresponding sales affinity desirable
• Strong customer orientation combined with expert knowledge in the field of 3D, marketing or media
• Convincing consulting/presentation skills, experience in leading customer meetings
• High IT affinity
• Planning and organizational skills
• Very good understanding of numbers
• Fluent in English
